Robert P. Kiley – Mr. Kiley is Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Northfield Capital and affiliate Northfield Trust Mortgage Company. Founded in 2002, Northfield has participated in several hundred million dollars of transaction for Development Projects, Commercial Properties, Private Equity Funding and Residential Loans. Prior to founding Northfield, Mr. Kiley was Managing Director of Capital Markets for American Finance Group in Boston MA. Mr. Kiley was responsible for the syndication of debt and equity of large ticket financings covering many asset classes. Over Mr. Kiley’s 25 year career in commercial lending, asset based finance and structure finance; he has held origination, syndication and management positions with institutions such as: Commercial Credit, Bank of New England and BTM Capital, the structured finance group of the Bank of Tokyo. Mr. Kiley is a graduate of the University of Miami.

Michael Pantaleo – Mr. Pantaleo is Managing Partner of Northfield Capital and affiliate Northfield Trust Mortgage Company.

James Real – Mr. Real joined Northfield Capital in 2007 as Executive Vice President, bringing with him over 30 years experience in commercial banking.  His responsibilities with Northfield include providing capital markets access to community banks, commercial loan origination and business development.  Prior to joining Northfield, Mr. Real was the Senior Commercial Loan Officer at a community bank headquartered in Massachusetts. Prior experience includes management of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s Sales and Business Development Program which provided capital markets solutions to financial institutions throughout New England.  He has also held senior managerial positions in commercial banking with Fleet Bank NH and Shawmut Bank NA. During his career, Mr. Real has administered over $5 billion in commercial transactions.  He holds a BA Degree from Siena College in Loudenville, New York and an Executive MBA from Northeastern University.

Marvin Ritchie – Mr. Ritchie is Managing Director of Northfield Capital.

Madeline Anderson – Ms. Anderson joined Northfield Capital in July of 2005 as Vice President of Underwriting, bringing with her over 15 years experience in the Real Estate and Business Lending Industry. Her responsibilities with Northfield include managing commercial underwriting, researching and developing lender relationships, and working directly with small business owners to assist in development of business plans, financing strategies, and property valuations. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Anderson was a Financial Services Officer with Lockheed Federal Credit Union, consistently placing in the top three in real estate sales nationwide. She also held management and officer level positions with Business Loan Express, MetLife, Countrywide, Mortgage Lender’s Network and Pioneer Financial, focusing on Small Business and Residential Lending, Portfolio Management and Customer Service. Ms. Anderson holds a BA from New England College in Henniker, NH and an MBA from Rivier College in Nashua, NH.
