Robert P. Kiley – Mr. Kiley is Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Northfield Capital where he has participated in over $700 million of real estate financings. Mr. Kiley was also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Northfield Trust Mortgage Company a residential mortgage company operating 6 offices in 5 states. Northfield Trust Mortgage was sold to a commercial bank in May 2008. Prior to founding Northfield, Mr. Kiley was Managing Director of Capital Markets for American Finance Group in Boston MA. Mr. Kiley was responsible for the syndication of debt and equity of large ticket financings covering many asset classes. Over Mr. Kiley's 25 year career in commercial lending, asset based finance and structure finance; he has held origination, syndication and management positions with institutions such as: Commercial Credit, Bank of New England and BTM Capital, the structured finance group of the Bank of Tokyo.

James Real – Mr. Real brings with him over 30 years experience in commercial banking. Prior to joining Northfield, Mr. Real was a Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Sovereign Bank headquartered in Massachusetts. Prior experience includes management of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston's Sales and Business Development Program which provided capital markets solutions to financial institutions throughout New England. He has also held senior managerial positions in commercial banking with Fleet Bank NH and Shawmut Bank NA. During his career, Mr. Real has administered over $5 billion in commercial transactions. He holds a BA Degree from Siena College in Loudonville, New York and an Executive MBA from Northeastern University.

Marc Segal – Mr. Segal joins Northfield with over 20 years experience in structured finance in both equipment leasing and commercial real estate. During his career he has worked on over $3 billion of financings over a variety of asset classes including $400 million of real estate financings. Prior to joining Northfield Capital, Mr. Segal was Managing Director at IFS, a venture capital backed trade finance company focused on building out a Purchase Order and Factoring platform. He also brings his experience as a Managing Director in charge of Transportation, Aircraft, Shipping, & Rail with a unique insight into the tax and accounting needs of his clients. He has held Managing Director rolls at BTM Capital, Heller, and Royal Bank of Scotland where he had responsibility for both transportation and vendor finance relationships. During Marc’s tenure in these companies he was the consistent number one sales and fee income producer and was in charge of sales groups within some of these entities where he trained new recruits. Marc brings a unique perspective to the team with a comprehensive understanding of the needs of clients, funding sources, accounting and tax issues and has had extensive experience in developing, marketing, and funding new leading edge structured financial products. Mr. Segal has an M.B.A. from the Simon School at the University of Rochester with a concentration in corporate accounting and corporate finance.

Eric Loth – Mr. Loth joined Northfield from AIG where he was an Associate with AIG Investments Global Real Estate. His experience there includes the strategic repositioning of a $1BN retail portfolio (stabilized, under development and raw land) through debt rollover, extension, default and possible complete workout/write-down scenario with lenders. Prior to AIG Mr. Loth was with Northpoint Realty Corp. where he developed extensive knowledge in acquisitions, permitting, financing, leasing and disposition of both multifamily and retail development projects. Mr. Loth has a BA from Colby College and an MS in Real Estate Development from MIT. Mr. Loth is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser.

Mark Kiley – Mr. Kiley has over 30 years experience as a financial professional, during that time, as principal or a consultant, he has accessed the capital markets for over $3 billion in funding. These financings included public and private equity, municipal bonds and notes, sale-leasebacks, securitizations and commercial paper. He recently was the CFO of Astrobotic Technology, Inc. an early stage aerospace company. Prior to Astrobotic, Mr. Kiley was a co-founder and Managing Director of Telecom Holding, LLC, a private equity fund investing in communications companies. He was also an investment banker with H.C. Wainwright & Company focusing on private placements and mergers and acquisitions. Prior thereto, he spent nine years as a senior partner of Parent, Kiley & Naffah P.C., a regional CPA firm where he acted as a consultant on capital markets to the MBTA, MWRA, MIFA, Lazard Freres and First Albany Corp. Mr. Kiley also served as CFO for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, where he initiated a variety of unique funding vehicles, and the Massachusetts Racing Commission. Mr. Kiley earned a bachelor's degree, with High Honors, from Bentley College.

Paul O’Brien, The O’Brien Group – Mr. O’Brien is the president of The O’Brien Group a technology investment and consulting firm. He also serves as the President of Pan-Asia Development, an investment firm pursuing opportunities in Asia. Mr. O’Brien was a co-founder of Telecom Holding, LLC, a private equity fund investing in communications companies. Mr. O’Brien is the former CEO and Chairman of the Board of New England Telephone after having served as EVP at New York Telephone. Mr. O’Brien currently sits on a variety of boards of both private and public companies and is a former director of the Bank of Boston and is an Advisory Board member of Sovereign Bank. Mr. O’Brien received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from New York University.

Robert Keller, Triumph Capital – Mr. Keller is Managing Director of Triumph Investment Funds; a private equity fund investing in high performing small cap community based commercial banks. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Security Business Bank of San Diego in addition to being Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Pennichuck Corporation. Mr. Keller has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of three separate financial institutions since 1991, each of which was acquired by a larger regional banking company. His extensive career in the banking industry has spanned over 35 years. In addition to his banking experience, he is a CPA and had nine years of public accounting practice in New York and North Carolina. From March 2002 to May 2003, Bob served as the Founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of InStar Services Group, a nationwide provider of insurance restorations and reconstruction services out of Fort Worth, Texas.

James Alex, Atlantic Retail Properties – Mr.Alex is a Principal in Atlantic Retail providing tenant development services for New England's premier retailers. He is also a commercial real estate investor and entrepreneur.

Richard Fownes, Realty Equity Partners, Inc. – Mr. Fownes is a successful commercial real estate investor with a multitude of properties throughout the country. He is the founder of Realty Equity Partners, Inc. one of several holding companies formed to invest in real estate by its principals, Richard G. Fownes and Grant M. Wilson. The present portfolio consists of a group of class A buildings with over one million square feet around the Southeast. Prior to Realty Equity Partners Mr. Fownes started his real estate career with Abrams Benish Riker, now a substantial part of the Colliers organization in Manhattan. After several years of office leasing, Richard was offered a partnership with Arthur M. Fischer, a regional mall developer based in New York. His responsibilities included new project financial analysis, leasing, and general management. Mr. Fownes was educated at the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting.

Paul J. Ayoub, Nutter McClennen and Fish LLP – Attorney Paul Ayoub is a partner in the Real Estate and Finance Department of Nutter, McClennen and Fish LLP, an established Boston firm with a substantial commercial real estate practice, and is a member of the firm’s Commercial Finance and Land Use, Permitting and Development groups. Paul has twenty-five years of experience in representing clients in the finance and development of commercial real estate projects. He also advises clients in the areas of regulatory enforcement and compliance. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School, J.D. and Brown University, B.A.

Dennis Spurling, Attorney – Attorney Spurling is Of Counsel to Cleveland, Waters and Bass, a pre-eminent law firm in New Hampshire. Attorney Spurling has served as general counsel to a variety of business clients and represented clients in all areas of commercial real estate law including development, acquisitions and dispositions, finance and secured lending. He has also acted as a developer on significant single and multi-family developments. Attorney Spurling received his JD from Suffolk University Law School and his BBA from the University of Massachusetts.

Daniel J. Flynn III, Daniel J. Flynn & Co., Inc. – Mr. Flynn has run Daniel J. Flynn and Company for the last 18+ years and is the lead Auctioneer of Flynn/Boston Realty Advisors LLC. Dan established his full-service auction marketing company in 1991 when New England's market conditions called for a focus on real estate auctions. The auction division of Daniel J. Flynn & Co., Inc. has performed over One Billion in auctions since its inception. His years of experience in commercial real estate, which include successful auction, sales and leasing transactions of shopping centers, hotels, nursing homes, medical buildings, office buildings and industrial facilities, led to the inception of the residential sales division in 1997.
